Somatic Psychotherapy for lasting change
Overcome obstacles, heal from trauma, and live a fuller life.
My holistic approach blends talk therapy with somatic therapy, a body-centered mindfulness method informed by knowledge of the nervous system.
If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, grieving, carrying trauma, struggling in relationships, or disconnected from your body, this approach can help. It supports you in addressing immediate challenges while also helping you build more balance, connection, and satisfaction in your life.

Each of us has the potential to lead a life with joy, creativity, and a sense of purpose.
My work is about helping you access that potential.
Greta Klaber, LMFT
In my work, I aim to understand the stories my clients carry and how their experiences have shaped them. People come to therapy for many reasons, but often because something in their life feels painful or out of balance. My work starts there, slowing things down, getting curious, and making sense of what’s happening.
Change can show up in many ways. It might mean getting better at saying no, finding steadier ways to handle conflict, learning to offer yourself compassion when you’re struggling, or becoming more connected to your emotions and needs. It can also mean beginning to face parts of your life that have felt too painful or complicated to look at before, and making room in your life for what you’re hoping to build or become.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you explore what’s been painful and what’s possible. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process where we build understanding together so the work truly fits you.
